Metafit – What is it and what are the benefits?

Metafit was created by a former Royal Marine Commando and combines bodyweight training with bursts of high intensity cardio. This aims to to boost your metabolism and rapidly burn fat. Not only that, it’s very time efficient and you can do it anywhere.
