I have been on my own fitness journey in the last few years dropping from nearly 100kg down to 85. There are a lot of variables when it comes achieving your goals, and I am here to ensure you have the knowledge you need to reach whatever goal you have. My approach focuses on 3 main areas - training, nutrition and lifestyle. I like to fully assess where you are and then put into practice small, sustainable steps within these 3 main areas that are going to help you achieve your goals in an efficient and healthy way. Health is the greatest possession, and with my holistic approach to training and lifestyle I look to ensure optimal performance both inside and outside the gym.
